Our client partners with hotel owners and investors across the UK, combining operational excellence with personalised guest service to deliver strong returns. This fully remote, permanent role offers a salary of £50,000 plus an attractive benefits package. It’s a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded hotel finance professional to take ownership of the financial performance of a cluster of properties, working closely with General Managers and senior leadership in a business that genuinely invests in its people.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead financial operations across a cluster of hotels, overseeing P&L performance, cash flow and cost control
- Own the budgeting, forecasting and financial planning cycle for each property
- Make sure statutory, legal and brand reporting requirements are met, and manage internal and external audits
- Lead and develop finance teams across the cluster, embedding best practice
- Act as a commercial partner to General Managers, driving process improvements and greater efficiency
What Experience is Required
- Proven experience as a Financial Controller or Cluster Financial Controller within hotels or hospitality
- A strong track record in budgeting, forecasting, management accounts and audit
- Confidence leading finance teams remotely and partnering with operational managers
